Fed Africa is a direct recruitment and advertising agency dedicated to the African continent, specializing in Middle and Top Management positions.

Our mission is to support local and international groups in their development in Africa and the Middel East. On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Director to be based in Nigeria.


Missions and Activities:

• Monitoring the projects in Nigeria in compliance with the project specifications, budget, and quality standards,
• Building strong relationships with clients and shareholders,
• Ensure control of costs, deadlines, performance, and product quality,
• Supervising the planification and coordinate contractors,
• Make sure permits are secured to execute the construction project.
• Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams

Profil :

• Mastery of building techniques
• Regulatory and legal knowledge
• Mastery of tendering processes for publicprivate partnerships
• Project management software (architecture and project), CAD, BIM
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team management and leadership
• Negotiation and leadership skills
• Customer focus, autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
