- Leads Human Resource function(s), improves the organizational structure, and drives people development and acquisition
- Oversees the Talent Management Process and supports Managers in developing employees, including succession planning, training and learning activities, and the implementation of compensation and benefits programs
- Supports and executes planning and development through initiating policies and establishing procedures, which provide organizational balance
- Manages the talent acquisition process to ensure that qualified employees are recruited, while coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Promotes the organization and drives Employer of Choice efforts
- Ensures compliance with all internal and external legal requirements
- Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment.
- Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture.
