    Responsibilities:

  • Leads Human Resource function(s), improves the organizational structure, and drives people development and acquisition
  • Oversees the Talent Management Process and supports Managers in developing employees, including succession planning, training and learning activities, and the implementation of compensation and benefits programs
  • Supports and executes planning and development through initiating policies and establishing procedures, which provide organizational balance
  • Manages the talent acquisition process to ensure that qualified employees are recruited, while coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Promotes the organization and drives Employer of Choice efforts
  • Ensures compliance with all internal and external legal requirements
  • Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment.
  • Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture.
  • Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
    Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
    Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
    Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
    English and French Fluent mandatory
