Job Description:

We are looking for a Proxy Product Owner Apprentice that will help the team to keep developing a Digital Solution that helps water treatment plants operators make smarter decision based on the hidden value lying in the data, and reach operational excellence.

Your primary focus will be to assist the Product Owner in her daily missions and act as a proxy whenever necessary.

You will be part of a team composed of a Product Owner, a Scrum Master and Tech lead, Developers and Data Scientists.

Your main missions will be:

Act as a proxy-PO

Lead discovery initiatives for new functionalities in close collaboration with water treatment experts and data scientists
Participate in the roadmap definition and prioritization and keep the product backlog up to date
Write and present to the development team functional user stories for new functionalities or improvements
Test and validate the product before its release to production
Implement monitoring strategies to followup the pilots and ensure reporting and benefits quantification
Produce and keep up to date the product functional documentation
Take part in Agile rituals
Participate in technology watch team effort

Qualifications:

To join the team, we are looking for a person:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
Strong presentation skills
Basic understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement)
Environmental engineering (specialization in water treatment engineering is a plus)
Fluent English
