The French team of Allianz Care is looking for his/her new assistant to help it always being more performant and excellent


As member of the team, you will be the essential partner of all the teams in Paris office by freeing them of the non technical tasks and become the reliable reference for a large number of topics for all the French office staff, and all our welcomed colleagues from Ireland.

The main missions of the French office assistant are:

  • Provide support to the French office Director in all areas of responsibility as required
  • Provide support to the French office management team in the non technical tasks
  • Manage the IT hardware stock (laptops, screens )
  • Manage the online travel booking tool and provide support to users if needed
  • Manage the invoicing and expense administration of all the Paris office teams in collaboration with the accounting team
  • Manage office management
  • Manage the relationships with Paris office providers (IT, canteen and cafeteria, travel agencies )
  • Assisting teams with general administration duties
  • Book meetings and French office events, prepare papers and presentations for meetings, write minutes, as well as type documents.
  • Organize Paris office events (Townhalls, Christmas party, seminars )
  • Support the HR team in internal communication and organization of social events
  • Support Team activities when required.

Qualification

  • Fluent in English and French as a minimum
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to priorities workload and manage time effectively
  • Experience working in pressurized environment with tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Team player
  • Results driven, solution oriented, client oriented
  • Previous experience as an assistant
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment with different requestors
  • Solid working experience or understanding of the back office administration functions
  • Understanding of our industry a plus
