AGISCOM SERVICES is hiring to reinforce its teams: a planner for its entity located in Quincy-Voisins on a 3-month renewable fixed-term contract.

What we expect from you?

We are looking for a Telecounselor / Planner to manage appointment scheduling.

Your main missions:

Handling inbound calls: receiving and processing customer calls (appointment scheduling, customer information).
Planning: scheduling appointments according to available technicians.
Outgoing calls: scheduling appointments, providing customer information.
Mail: managing emails for appointment scheduling, responding to technicians for customer appointments.

You will need to follow the intervention schedules entrusted in accordance with professional rules, specifications, and quality & safety procedures.

Employment type: Full-time - 1 Saturday every 2 weeks

Profile:

You have a significant experience as a telecounselor, teleoperator, or in a call center.

You are proficient in office tools.

Knowledge of SAT deployment tools (ENEDIS) is desired.

Customer satisfaction is your priority. You are punctual and have a strong team spirit, with good interpersonal skills.

Salary: €1,782.00 per month
