The
Sustainable Development Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the operational management of Sustainable Development topics, ensuring accurate reporting and driving the completion of critical Sustainable Development activities.

This role also contributes to building the strategic direction of Sustainable Development for the Group and acts as a Sustainable Development Champion for internal customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Support BIC teams in Writing The Future and Together Sustainable Development commitment program, and namely specifically the champions on product and packaging ;
  • Support teams transversely with LCA expertise to ensure methodological consistency of analyses and tools within the group ;
  • Conduct research and analyses to support the strategic SD initiatives (on product environmental footprint, circular economy, climate change,) ;
  • Prepare the Carbon Disclosure Program (CDP) reporting.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sustainable Development Engineering or related field ; Consumer Goods industry experience is a plus
  • Project Management skills
  • Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and mastery of SIMAPRO tool
  • Climate change (TCFD, SBTi),
  • Circular economy concepts
  • Knowledge on regulatory trends on plastics and sustainable development on products and packaging
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Teamwork
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral)
