Hey there! We are a top notch automotive equipment manufacturer, a proud branch of the Hutchinson group. We work hard on designing, developing, and creating valves and thermal management modules to boost the energy efficiency of vehicles' engines, whether they are fuel-based, hybrid, or electric.

Our cozy team of 90 people includes a dedicated research and development center along with skilled production teams (plastic injection and assembly).

Under the guidance of the HR Manager, you will dive into various HR domains (recruitment, training, communication, administrative tasks, reporting, and more).

Your key responsibilities:

• Implement training plans (liaise with training organizations, schedule training sessions...) while keeping an eye on the budget
• Act as the payroll support for the HR team (track worked hours, review pay slips...)
• Handle the personnel administrative tasks (draft employment certificates, mutual insurance certificates, contracts, monitor medical check-ups...)
• Prepare the onboarding process for new hires (administrative tasks, integration program...) and oversee their probation period
• Curate the monthly Newsletter for the site
• Assist in organizing monthly site communication events
• Prepare upcoming recruitments (write and post job ads, screen CVs...) and conduct the recruitment process for interns and apprentices

Your profile:

• Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, driven by the field of Human Resources, and intrigued by the industrial environment
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and brimming with innovative ideas
• Proficient in computer tools
