Founded in 2014 by Jerome Jacques Marie Mage, Jacques Marie Mage is a Los Angeles-based producer of limited-edition designer goods specializing in the micro-production of luxury eyewear for a clientele of discerning tastes.

Role Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales intern that will work under the direction of our JMM Wholesale Director EMEA.

You will assist with various tasks including sales support and customer care while developing a strong understanding for the JMM product.


Your responsibilities are - but are not limited to:

  • Key Responsibilities:_
  • Sales Support: provide support to the sales team by creating sales materials, preparing presentations, and organizing sales data-CRM Management: update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer information, interactions, and sales activities

Sales Analytics:
analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing sales processes

Product Knowledge:
develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers

Administrative Tasks:
assist with administrative tasks such as organizing sales documents, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales reportsFollow-Up: follow up with customers after sales meetings or presentations to gather feedback, address concerns, and nurture relationships

Shadowing Sales Representatives:
shadow experienced sales representatives to observe sales techniques, customer interactions, and negotiation strategies

Sales Training:
Participate in sales training sessions to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and understanding of sales processes

  • Key Requirements:_
  • English & French speaker
  • Proficiency in MS Suite; specifically Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passionate about the JMM brand; luxury fashion industry
  • Prior Customer Service or Sales experience is preferred
