    Role Overview:

    The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Integration Leader to support HR integration initiatives and internal communications within the organization. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain practical experience in HR operations, organizational development, and internal communication strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    HR Integration Support:

    • the HR Integration Leader in coordinating and implementing HR integration activities following mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring.
    • in meetings and discussions related to HR integration projects.
    • data gathering and analysis to identify integration opportunities and challenges.
    • with the development of integration plans, timelines, and communication strategies.

    Internal Communication:

    • with the HR Integration Leader to develop and execute internal communication plans and initiatives.
    • in drafting internal communications, including announcements, updates, and newsletters.
    • the distribution of internal communications through appropriate channels.
    • feedback and engagement from employees regarding internal communications and recommend improvements as needed.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • accurate documentation and records related to HR integration activities.
    • regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and successes.
    • in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of integration efforts and internal communication strategies.

    Administrative Support:

    Provide general administrative support to the HR Integration Leader as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing documents.

    Qualifications:

    • enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
    • interest in HR management, organizational development, and internal communication.
    • written and verbal communication skills.
    • with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • internship or work experience in HR, communication, or related field is a plus.
