Context:


Our team
"Strategy, Communication & Sustainability" is currently looking for an
"Intrapreneur", located in Paris, for a 10 months fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.


The purpose of our team:
"A radiant GEMS caring about People, Planet, and Profit. Connect, inspire, and lead stakeholders and GEMSers towards sustainable business for ENGIE."


The team is a
flat organization with a mix of junior to senior experts, fostering transversality and working in project mode with lots of
autonomy, to jointly address key projects for our clients.


Role:


As an
Intrapreneur you will support the team in creating the space for disruptive and sustainable innovation with our clients from different industries.

The floor is yours to take initiatives and solve concrete problems through sustainable innovation.


Key missions:


  • Help create and organize the next Innovathon on Sustainability with different clients from one value chain (concept creation, client integration, workshop facilitation, ensure logistics, engage participants, spread clients' decarbonization needs within GEMS, ensure the relationship with our organizing partners) ;
  • Perform value chain analysis for a sustainable value creation perspective ;
  • Unite clients and stakeholders participating to the Innovathon around a shared vision ;
  • Organize the internal ENGIE's Innovation Trophies challenge at GEMS's level ;
  • Help rethink an existing sustainability internal training for sales people.

About YOU:


Hard skills:


  • Project management methodology ;
  • MS Office suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams meetings, Outlook) ;
  • Transdisciplinary experience with a strong sustainable innovation background ;
  • Understanding of social and environmental processes and impacts ;
  • Knowledge about sustainable supply chains, stakeholder engagement, circular economy ;
  • Systemic thinking.

Soft skills:


  • Main skills: humbleness, honesty, transparency, trust, leadership, organization, collaboration, problem solving, creativity, empathy, tolerance, respect of diversity ;
  • You have very strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills ;
  • You are proficient with public speaking (English and French) ;

Education and professional background:


  • Master in innovation/systemic thinking/sustainability ;
  • At least 1 year of project management experience in the sustainable innovation environment
  • Experience or education in the energy/automotive/transportation sector is a plus.

Languages:


  • FRENCH and ENGLISH proficiency is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
