We are looking for a
Tourist Customer Ambassador (F/H) for a 2-month contract

The Ambassador welcomes customers when they arrive (and sometimes even before) in the store.

You courteously welcome all customers at strategic positions in the store.

You will be in charge, in particular:

Conduct briefing sessions including company history, store facilities;
Inform customers of all promotional items;
Promote other categories and encourage high customer traffic;
Immediately solve minor problems between customers/vendors and call on the Manager on duty if necessary;
Advise customers on our "aftersales service" systems in other countries;
Carry out investigations in accordance with the instructions provided by the manager.

Key Requirements:

Proactive, polite, you know how to stand out with your communication and organizational skills.

Your education level is :
high school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform this function.

You speak French and Mandarin. Knowledge of Chinese culture and/or another Asian language (thai, lao, ) is an advantage.
