Description

We are looking to hire a Head of Marketing & Communications. This is a full-time, remote position; however, frequent in-person meet-ups are to be expected.

As our Head of Marketing & Communications, you will have a decisive role in establishing our brand, crafting strategies across multiple customer segments, and owning marketing operations and budgets.

You'll work closely with the product and business development teams and be responsible for leading overall marketing initiatives with a focus on new user acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing branding and positioning strategies for growth

Operationalizing go-to-market campaigns and initiatives from concept to execution

Crafting and running consistent strategies across all channels and marketing initiatives (events, digital/social, community, content, PR)

Managing marketing budgets, setting and tracking KPIs

Ensuring content production and communication plans are aligned with roadmap and GTM strategies

Coordinating business development and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and identify new market opportunities

Designing social media/event assets on Figma

You have a proven experience as a marketing professional in a tier 1-2 DeFi project that you did support after bootstrapping in order to grow.

You combine leadership and coordination experience with hands-on contributions. You have a solid understanding of financial markets & DeFi.
