Who you are

  • You have a commercial mind with a strong interest in logistics.
  • You are able to establish relationships of trust and communicate clearly to motivate a team.
  • You are result oriented with an emphasis on flexibility, speed and simplicity.
  • You have good analytical skills that allow you to understand a budget, costs and key indicators to plan, monitor and control activities.
  • You have significant managerial experience in the distribution and/or logistics sector with the definition and deployment of multiyear action plans.
  • In addition, you are fluent in English (written and spoken).
A day in your life with us

  • Creating the store's business plan based on global and national priorities, and local market needs together with your colleagues as a member of the store management group.
  • As a Logistics Department Manager, you are part of the store management committee and your role is to lead and inspire the logistics team to ensure product availability, efficient goods flow at the lowest cost and the right level of competence of the teams.
  • You are actively involved in the development of the store's business plan based on global and national priorities and market needs.
  • You develop and deploy a logistics plan for your store and ensure that it is well understood by the teams and that everyone knows how to contribute to the achievement of the objectives.
  • You ensure the quality of products, merchandising and the customer's shopping experience.
  • You work with your colleagues in other departments to support sales activities by optimizing the store's logístical capacity and flow efficiency.
  • You take relevant measures to optimize longterm profitability in an ecoresponsible manner.
  • You recruit, develop, motivate and lead your team.
