L'entreprise est en quête d'un professionnel confirmé, doté d'une expérience avérée dans la restauration italienne. Le futur chef devra être capable de gérer avec efficacité les postes attribués à sa responsabilité.

Ce poste exige également une bonne connaissance des techniques culinaires italiennes et le sens des responsabilités au sein d'une équipe diversifiée.

Vos missions :

• Être présent sur site et garantir le bon déroulement des services ;


• Gérer et superviser votre secteur cuisine en autonomie totale;


• Maîtrise appréciée sur les techniques culinaires italiennes ( sauces, antipasti, pizzas , etc.) ;
