In a context of growth, Free2Move Sas is seeking a highly motivated
_Owned Fleet Procurement and Remarketing Manager_ to manage all activities related to mobility fleet procurement and remarketing activities.

We are looking for a
n exceptional leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who can shift between strategic and tactical work, and able to problem solve with our team.

Your next missions:

This role combines business strategy and operations as you will work to support and enhance Free2Move mobility operations.

In this role, you will manage fleet contract negotiations and maintenance, overseeing fleet asset security, insurance and managing all remarketing activities.

A critical requirement is to create and maintain relationships internally and externally with multiple decision-makers to increase revenue.

As an Owned Fleet Procurement and Remarketing Manager at F2M, you will report to
our talented Fleet Operations Director, David.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the seamless execution for daily activities related to the buying of vehicles for Free2Move EU, including buy plans, financial targets and performance management of the team,
Mananing suppliers and vendors and ‍ continuous evaluation, assessment of supplier performance, ensuring consistency of service, quality and compliance to contracts and established service level agreements,
Ensuring that requirements for purchase are fully considered as part of the Free2Move planning process for stakeholder success ,
Ensuring that assets are secured and free of hindrances for title and registration,
Benchmarking internal and external costs against industry and competitive standards,
Building strategic supplier relationships, lead project teams and work effectively in a complex business environment,
Anticipating and identifing internal customer needs and recommending solutions to complex situations.

Expected skills:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5+ years experience in fleet procurement, remarketing and management required
Strong ability to execution of vehicle buying plans with a direct experience in sourcing through auctions expected
Prior experience in car sharing or rental car operations strongly preferred
Facilitation and interpersonal and negotiation skills are really required too
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within tight timeframes
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Problem solver drive to create solutions
Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a challenge and continuous learning
Results orientated, excellent critical thinking/problem solving/analytical skills
Excellent verbal/written communication
