Your role in helping us shape the future:

As Manager, Service Analytics and Reporting, you will develop and share actionable insights supporting the implementation of globalized connectivity solutions.

Your team creates, maintains and communicates accurate and timely information on commercial opportunities throughout the lifecycle of Value-Added Services, from ideation to implementation to operation.

Such Value Added Services include Consulting, Network Audits, Equipment Installation, Maintenance and Operations.

They are offered to Customers across all vertical markets:
Networks, Media, Mobility and Government.


You will provide a positive leadership style that embeds a spirit of competitiveness and winning across the Product Management team.

You will work through others as an Enterprise Leader and identify and build cross-functional relationship to drive strategic initiatives.

You will develop and manage the team, hiring the right talent and creating a culture of forward movement and accountability.


Are you up to the challenge?

  • Work closely with peers in Value-Added Services team, Commercial Service Delivery and Business Units, to gather information on pipeline, projects, costs, revenue and equipment inventory.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards providing actionable insights on the lifecycle of opportunities and projects
  • Collaborate with Cost and Revenue Accounting teams, to track and allocate cost of sales and equipment revenue for the supported Business Units
  • Manage strategic planning of equipment inventory, taking into consideration the pipeline of opportunities, progress of implementations and lead times from vendors
  • Manage the team of contractors performing outsourced operations and oversee the production of Monthly Customer Performance reports
  • Provide feedback to all stakeholders for continuous improvement of processes and tools

Can you drive these processes?

  • Lead a high performing team across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams across the world, both internal and external
  • Manage complex priorities in a realtime environment
  • Communicate (written and verbal) with peers and executives on a regular basis

You should definitely have:


  • A fouryear college degree in Engineering, Business or Project Management
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Program Management or Service Commercialization, including at least 3 years in the Telecommunications industry
  • Good knowledge of inventory management, preferably with telecommunications equipment
  • Good understanding of cost of sales accounting and revenue reporting for services
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills in English and another language (Spanish or French)
  • Experience working in matrixed organization and demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software suite

It would be nice if you had:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in either French or Spanish
  • Prior people management experience
  • Experience working in a global company
