**Description du poste**
Are you a graduate with a Master's degree in logistics/purchasing or do you have initial experience in supply management?

Do you have a passion for Winter Sports Equipment products?

Come join our Supply Chain team as our next **Supply Planner W/M**

**Your missions**:

- ** Definition of purchasing requirements based on demand and stock strategy**:

- Plan production requirements based on demand, order book, inventory, and inventory strategy, taking into account industrial development, commercial and logístical constraints.
- Commit production quantities accordingly
- ** Supply planning**:

- Draw up and periodically transmit to the production units a "firm" and/or provisional phased production plan
- Coordinate and monitor implementation of the production plan
- Periodically analyse industrial constraints in the light of available supplier capacity
- Alert and explain any deviations from the initial production plan
- ** Specific activity - Responsible purchasing practices ( FLA)**
- Vous êtes diplomé(e) d'un Master en logistiques/achats ou vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience en gestion de la supply ?_
- Vous avez une appétence pour les produits Winter Sports Equipement ?_
- Venez rejoindre notre équipe Supply Chain, en tant que _**_Chargé(e) de planification de l'approvisionnement H/F _**

**_ Vos missions :_**
- **_ Définir des besoins d'achats en fonction de la demande et de la stratégie de stock :_**
- _ Planifier les besoins de production en fonction de la demande, du carnet de commandes, de l'inventaire et de la stratégie d'inventaire et en tenant compte des contraintes industrielles, de développement, commerciales et logistiques_
- _ Engager en conséquence les quantités en production_
- **_ Planifier le plan de production ( supply planning) :_**
- _ Elaborer et trnasmettre périodiquement aux unités de production un plan de production "ferme" et/ou prévisionnel phasé_
- _ Coordonnée et suivre la réalisation du plan de production_
- _ Analyser périodiquement les contraintes industrielles en fonction des capacités disponibles chez les fournisseurs_
- _ Alerter et argumenter en cas de déviation par rapport au plan de production initial_
- **_ Activité spécifique : Pratiques d'achats responsable (FLA)_**
