Job summary
Zapier is hiring a Growth Lead to drive expansion, usage, and pipeline across mid-market and enterprise segments.This is an individual-contributor role with strong cross-functional leadership and authority — you'll set strategy, own execution, and run experiments across marketing channels to unify our PLG and SLG motions.
Responsibilities
- Own growth roadmap that balances fast learning with long-term bets; obsess over measurement quality and repeatability so the team can scale successful plays.
- Create signal-driven plays. Translate internal product signals (feature usage, AI adoption, account behaviors) and external signals into targeted experiments.
- Cross-functional partnership & influence. Work closely with Product Data Marketing multiple functions RevOps to improve instrumentation accelerate experimentation velocity forecast track impact.
