Dans le cadre des directives et des procédures commerciales et logistiques du Groupe, vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable ADV.

Votre poste a comme finalité d'assurer la fluidité des affaires en gérant la manutention et l'enregistrement informatique des réceptions et des expéditions des produits dans le respect des procédures de la société.

Working at NTT

Votre mission:

Procéder aux réceptions physiques dans le stock et dans le système informatique (rapprochement livraisons
Bon de livraison fournisseurscommandes)
Informer l'Administration des Ventes et le commerce de l'avancement du traitement de l'affaire
Organiser la livraison en relation avec les clients
Assurer la traçabilité des expéditions
Répondre aux demandes de quotations de transport de l'équipe commerciale
Connaitre les documents nécessaires pour les exportations à l'international
Suivre les possibles litiges de livraison avec les fournisseurs, clients et transporteurs

Votre profil:

Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience sur un poste similaire d'au minimum 2 ans.

Vous avez le sens du service, l'esprit d'équipe et êtes autonome.

Reconnu (e) pour votre rigueur et organisation dans les tâches ainsi que votre réactivité et pro activité pour répondre à la demande des clients internes et externes.

Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word) et avez une bonne connaissance d'un progiciel de gestion commerciale (type SAP)
