POSITION

You'll be responsible for:


As part of the Global Talent team, and reporting to the VP Global Talent, you will play a key role in accelerating the House's ability to attract the best talent for all its businesses, and in strengthening mobility and career development opportunities for this talent.


Your Key Missions:


Talent Acquisition:


  • You will support the VP Global Talent and the Human Resources Department in
    Executive recruitments
:


  • You will identify and implement
    the best sourcing strategies by function and/or region, for all of the House's professions.
  • You will build and monitor
    talent pools for key positions
:


  • You will provide ad hoc support to operational teams for complex recruitment projects.
  • You will identify, implement and manage appropriate recruitment performance indicators.
  • Optimize and monitor recruitment tools and partners

Contribute to in-Group/House Mobility:


  • You will contribute to building and leading an
    internal community of Talent Acquisition and Mobility ambassadors
:


  • You will provide recruitment and
    talent assessment expertise to other HR teams within the company (Young Talent team, operational HR teams, etc.).
  • You will participate in discussions on improving the
    House's mobility processes
:


  • Carry out
    career and mobility interviews for some of the company's employees.
  • You will contribute actively to discussions with
    LVMH teams and other Group Houses on mobility issues (Talent Rooms, ad hoc processes, etc.).
  • You will participate in the
    House's annual organizational review (OMR), by reviewing talents, positions and succession plans.

PROFILE

  • You have at least 12 years' experience in talent development and/or related functions within Human Resources, ideally with experience in a recruitment agency and inhouse.
  • You are curious and openminded. You demonstrate interest in the Luxury, Retail and Fashion industries, as well as in HR modernization and recruitment innovation issues.
  • You are team oriented and have the ability to interact with senior stakeholders in Europe, Asia and Americas
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a clear understanding of working in a highly demanding, fastgrowing environment.
  • You have the ability to imagine new ways of operating and lead change.
  • You are details oriented and have knowledge in budgetary tools implement and monitor appropriate key performance indicators.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
