We started our journey 3 years ago, in France, where we've met considerable success, and we are now launching on the German market.

In this growth context, we are looking for our new
Partnerships Manager (platform).

Your objective is to turn our platform partners into our main lead acquisition channel and generate more than 200 new clients per year (50+M funding).

Within the Revenue department, you will join the Platform team and report to Jean-Philippe, the Strategic Partnerships Manager.

The team intreacts with the entire organization, and you will work closely with the Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Data teams.

On a daily basis, you are in relationship with C-levels, internally and externally as well.


Your missions:


1. Develop partnerships with the most promising platforms:


  • Benchmark and identify the most suited platforms to becoming our future distributor partners,Prospect and get in touch with the decisionmakers (Clevel, Director),
  • Navigate within the partner organization and identify compelling events,
  • Work on the business model as well as the product & tech integration,
  • Negotiate and close partnership,
  • Manage tech integration and gotomarket.

2. Manage existing partnerships and bring them to the next level:


  • Manage partnerships portfolio,
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product to maximize BP,
  • Create and engage in a longterm relationship with them,
  • Detect new opportunities.

3. Contribute to the launch of new offers:


  • Identify opportunities based on current partnership (BP etc.),
  • Work with Product, Capital, and Marketing on gotomarket strategy.

We are looking for someone with the following:


  • A strong analytical skills,
  • A fast learning ability,
  • An excellent communication skills (oral & written) to negotiate with Clevels,
  • An enthusiasm for tech products with good understanding of API integration
  • A passion for the entrepreneurship environment
  • Fluent in English as well in French,

Recruitment Process:

1/ Our process starts with a 30 min phone call with our Talent Acquisition,

2/ You will meet, Jean-Philippe, your future manager for a 30 min video call,

3/ The next step will be a case to complete and present to Jean-Philippe,

4/ Finally, you will meet Pierre, Chief Revenue Officer, and Nima, CEO (1 hour).
