Alors n'hésitez pas à postuler Le Groupe PAYANT recrute pour sa société LOCATLAS, un(e) Assistant(e) ADV H/F sur l'agence de Tarbes (65). Rattaché(e) au responsable d'agence, vos missions seront articulées autour de 2 axes : - Commerce Etablissement et relance des devis Gestion des contrats et des réservations Relance des retards de matériels Conseiller et orienter les clients Accueil physique et téléphonique des clients Répondre aux besoins clients Fidélisation et suivi du palmarès clients Mise à jour de la base de données clients et tarifs - Administratif Etablissement des factures Gestion et contrôle des factures Relance des factures impayées Gestion des bons de commande Réception des commandes Gestion du planning des chauffeurs Gestion des ordres de réparation Titulaire d'un Bac ou d'un Bac+2, vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience similaire de 2 ans. Vous pouvez vous prévaloir d'une maitrise de l'outil informatique (Excel et Word) ainsi que de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et une curiosité commerciale. Vous êtes dynamique, motivé(e), organisé(e), et vous aimez le travail en équipe. - Poste à pourvoir en CDI temps plein - 39h00 par semaine - Du lundi au vendredi (horaires d'agence 07h30/08h00 - 17h00) - Accès à la formation continue - Jours de fermeture offerts (environ 5 par ans) - Tickets restaurant (8€ pris en charge à 50%)
