Retail Client & Activation Specialist - Europe (M/W)
Purpose


Being part of the Regional Europe team, and reporting to the Retail Director of the zone, you will act as the key interface between Central Retail Marketing & CRM teams and Countries teams (in-store and in office) to ensure that local retail client and activation plans are executed in line with international and regional direction as well as overall company objectives.

The growing perimeter of Europe represents 50+ boutiques.


Responsibilities:


CRM

  • Implement a client strategy for both directly operated & franchise boutiques
  • Analyze clients' behaviors in our Retail networks through CRM analysis
  • Create CRM dashboards for a fluid comprehension of both Retail & Management
  • Be the Salesforce key user: share feedbacks with HQ on the current App to optimize it, as far as the back end
  • Follow and recommend action plans for each boutique

RETAIL ACTIVATION

  • Implement a Retail activation strategy for each market (yearly planning updated week after week)
  • Follow the activations in Europe and guarantee the quality of the events, making sure they are in line with brand standard
  • Coordinate the Gift Without Purchase
  • Coorganize and attend main events in Europe
  • Follow and analyse the performance of the events
  • Share best practices
  • Monitor the Budget


Considering the fast-growing dynamic of Retail in Europe, you may support the European Retail Team on additional Retail topics (Training, VM, Projects' follow-up ).


Profile:


  • You benefit from minimum 5 years of experience
  • You are a Retail expert & a client passionate
  • You demonstrate a good understanding of the Luxury & Hospitality environments & requirements
  • You have a proven ability to adeptly prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects
  • You can work well with others as well as independently with mínimal supervision
  • You master the Pack Office suite to followup the performance & engage our Teams through impacting presentation
  • You are fluent in English, another European language is a plus
The position is based in Paris.

Travels in Europe represent approximately 20% of the working time.
