Depuis toujours, notre objectif est de mettre la qualité à la portée de tous, en garantissant à nos clients un produit haut de gamme, mais en conservant une touche artisanale, de fabrication italienne et au meilleur prix.Poltronesofà s'est implantée en France en 2011 et connaît depuis une croissance forte faisant face, dans ce cadre, à des défis importants. Pour accompagner cette croissance, nous recherchons des profils passionnés et dynamiques, qui souhaiteraient intégrer une structure à taille humaine dont les valeurs sont avant tout l'esprit d'équipe et la réussite par l'épanouissement.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Conseiller de vente F/H en CDI 35h pour notre point de vente situé Centre commercial Les 4 Temps, 15 Parvis De La Défense, 92092 Puteaux.
Vos missions seront :
* Garantir une expérience d'achat inoubliable (accueil, accroche...)
* Ecouter et conseiller le client afin de proposer un produit qui soit adapté à ses attentes
* Proposer des produits complémentaires en connaissant l'ensemble de la gamme
* Fidéliser la clientèle
* Suivre rigoureusement les commandes et les devis jusqu'à la livraison du produit
* Suivre ses objectifs individuels de vente et développer le CA du magasin
* Être garant de l'image du magasin en respectant un merchandising précis
* Être ambassadeur des ambitions Poltronesofà

Le profil idéal :
* Expérience minimum d'1 an en retail idéalement dans les secteurs du meuble, de la maison, du textile
* Fort esprit commercial
* Excellent esprit d'équipe et sens relationnel
* Goût pour les produits de qualité
* Orienté business et éprouvé une réelle satisfaction à transformer le conseil-client en vente
* Parfaitement à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (tablette notamment)
