Monthly indicators & dashboards


Your analytics skills will be very appreciated during our monthly indicators consolidation and analysis of Group HR indicators linked to Employee Engagement and Talent Development such as Accident Frequency Rate, Absenteeism, Resignation Rate, Turnover and Hiring Indicators.

Also frequently working with pertinent information and treat it according the various request.

HR Project support - Employee Engagement


Acquire project management competencies by supporting HR leaders on a variety of HR projects linked to Talent Development, Learning & Employee Engagement.


As example you will have the opportunity to follow the development of Valeo's 'listening strategy' via Employee's survey or understand and support the updates on the Valeo's referential of Soft and Hard skil.

Talent Development - Communication


Your creativity will be a "plus" supporting us on presentations templates and layouts to be present and communicated to all levels of our organization during project presentations, monthly reviews,etc.

Also thinking about the best strategy to communicate/train Valeo employees & managers on the Talent Development, Learning activities.

Learning


Support on the preparation of training modules, on-boarding process and reports also innovating the development of learning features like training attendance via QR codes etc.
