Sub-system design responsible Hydraulic and Flight Control Systems (H/F) to join our Design Office based in
Marignane , France.

Your challenges:


  • To realize/use hydraulic & cinematic models for new aircraft development or serial modification.
  • To implement design of system, components respecting performance, schedule, and project team objectives.
  • To acquire the Hydraulic / Flight Control current skills and develop them especially new demand such as electromechanical & mechatronic
  • To coordinate the different contributors in order to ensure the support of our internal & external customers (program, project, prototype, final assembly line, manufacturing, flight test, supplier, buyer, flight management and others lead functions)
  • To guarantee the safety and the airworthiness of the in service helicopter fleet under the approbation of the airworthiness compliance verification engineer specialist
  • To verify the compliance of a detailed design solution toward baseline of validated requirements for a single subsystem / equipment / component / module
  • To realize/use AMESim/MATLab Simulink Sub model to deliver to other partner.
On top, you will be involved on several Helicopters topics to gain experience inside a transnational department.


Generic deliverables:

  • Design Analysis and detailed design solution.
  • Documentation for Equipment Management (ECPF, DDP,)
  • Documentation for Change Process (ECR, ECP, )
  • Documentation for certification (descriptive document, Maintenance Technical Note, Directive, )
  • AMESim/MATLab Simulink Sub models (on specific activities).

Skills & Prerequisites:

  • Mechanical Design skills / experiences
  • Hydraulic Design skills / experiences
  • Simulation software skills (Nice to have)
  • Aeronautic General Design knowledge
  • Autonomy, Creative, Capable to adapt in demanding / multi interface environment
  • Language skills:

English:
Advanced level


French:
Fluent

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
