Résumé de la mission:
Undertake day to day operations in the caviar processing facility. Following health

and safety guidelines carefully.


Responsabilités Principales:
- _Receive and acknowledge production orders.

  • Pack, weigh and repack caviar.
  • Package and process caviar to brand standards
  • Handle all produce in keeping with guidelines to maintain maximum quality.
  • Maintain food hygiene standards at all times
  • Follow all health and safety rules within the warehouse area
  • Fulfil orders as per daily specification sheets
  • Work in time sensitive manner ensuring orders are able to be fulfilled in the necessary timeframe
  • Use various cloudbased software systems to track and manage order requirements
administrative tasks

  • Utilise office hardware such as label printers, scanners and laptop PC
  • Work closely with the wider operations team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the Onyx brand and Reach Food Group at all times

Expérience et compétences requises:
- _At least 2 years' experience in a high-care food processing facility

  • Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP principals
  • Demonstrable knowledge of MS Office package
  • Computer literate, comfortable using multiple software systems and varied hardware.
  • Bilingual English and French, other languages are of advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment
  • Great interpersonal communication skills
  • The desire to grow with the business
