VP Marketing Drive


Mission:
Contribute to the commercial performance, profitability & image of the Renault brand by:

  • Proposing and implementing the media strategy for the Renault Brand
  • Optimizing the efficiency of the local media plans in the countries and clusters
  • Be the Renault Marketing department contact point for all topics related to Media
  • Define the media strategy for all centrally designed campaigns in close relation with the Create Department and by deft coaching of the media agency
  • Support the Brand Deployment and Activation teams in the Drive department
- in their mission to roll out the campaigns of centrally created assets in all countries & clusters
- in their mission to deliver commercial performance
- by providing them guidance and coaching on media plans

Create sustainable performance for the Company, relying on team's motivation through the implementation of Renault Way:

Scope of action:

  • Company: Renault Brand Business unit & Groupe Sales & Marketing Services dept
  • Geographical: World
  • Technical: All S&M functions, Marketing communication, Media Management
  • Temporal: From vehicle and services launch preparation to endoflife.
  • Key decision meetings: Weekly & monthly media and campaigns performance review, Monthly media management committee, Launch preparation Steering committees.

Deliverables and indicators:

  • Key deliverables: Media strategy, MSP, AMF
  • Key indicators: Market share / M&S launch costs (TEC) for new vehicles / Image notes (BAIT), purchase intentions, QVN

Key cooperations:

  • Within Drive:
  • Country/Cluster Brand Deployment & Activation Directors to ensure a proper rollout of the marketing communication plan and related media plan.
  • With the functions:, Sales & Marketing Services and Sales & OP counter parts, all other departments of Marketing Communication department for media related topics
