Then join our HR team and bring our Be&Belong culture to life for a 6 month fixed term contract We are looking for a dedicated Internal Communication & Talent Project Manager to recommend and implement all internal communication initiatives to inform, engage and embed our Be&Belong culture.


What you will do:


  • Bring our Be&Belong culture to life by recommending and executing initiative to our anchor new #BeYou #BeBold #BeCurious and #Belong values in daytoday behaviours
  • Be the voice of Deezer : work closely with other communication teams (social media, PR, brand) to recommend creative and engaging internal communication supports and initiatives to ensure employees are continuously informed about major company updates.

Create content for various communication channels, including newsletters, all staff coffees, internal events (such as Pride Month activations, wellbeing week), employer brand.


  • Lead our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative to make Deezer a diverse and inclusive workplace where everybody can be their true selves and thrive. You will facilitate our DE&I Employee Resource Group
  • Contribute to run our Amplify career program (put forward internal mobility, organise workshops with employees)

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person _with_:

  • Master's degree in communications, marketing, human resources
  • 3 to 5 years of experience within employee communications or corporate communications, public relations, or HR project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills. with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Completely fluent in English, French is a plus.
  • Good project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills. You are recognized for your positive energy to get people on board with your projects
