What you'll be doing:


  • Inventory and asset management (leasing, redeploying used assets, EOL older assets, loss/theft process).
  • Handling all our hardware and software purchasing for our world wide distributed staff.
  • Providing in person and remote support to our world wide distributed staff. Requests will come in a ticket form.
  • Hardware management including troubleshooting build issues, resolving end user machine issues.
  • Create, update, and maintain knowledge articles regarding IT in our knowledge management system to empower teams to selfsolve issues.

What you should have:


  • Experience with Mac, Windows, Linux.
  • Knowledge about working in a SaaSbased environment is preferred.
  • Familiar with concept of service desk.
  • Highly motivated, goal driven, cando approach.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial, team player, ability to multitask.
  • English at fluent level is mandatory, French level is appreciated but not mandatory.
