Présentation de la structure

The
TIMC laboratory, through its GMCAO (Computer Assisted Medical Interventions) team led by Sandrine Voros, INSERM Research Director, is a pioneer in the field of GMCAOs and brings its expertise in this field with work initiated nearly 30 years ago in, the coordination of the LabEx of the CAMI domain and the creation of more than 10 start-ups.

The postdoctoral fellow will be placed under the authority of Mrs. Sandrine Voros, INSERM Research Director, Mr. Clément Beitone, MCF UGA and Mrs. Jocelyne Troccaz, DR CNRS, members of the GMCAO team.

Missions principales

Restrictions or constraints linked to the position: The regulations of the UGA and the host laboratory (in this case the
TIMC laboratory) define these constraints.

Occasional trips possible according to the needs of the project and publications.

Activités principales
- to publish his/her research in leading international journals and conferences in the field, participate in the supervision of PhD students and contribute to the collaborative projects within the laboratory
- to ensure the work expected of a postdoctoral fellow with a 100% work quota (20% bibliographic monitoring, 40% design of methods and software development, 15% experimental validation, 20% valuation by publications, 5% project management, etc.)

Compétences attendues

Professional skills

Previous experience with image registration algorithms (nonrigid is a plus)
Advanced Python programming skills (especially with torch / Keras packages)
Good knowledge of the ITK / VTK frameworks
Good command of English

Soft skills

- autonomy & teamwork

Holder of a doctoral degree relevant to the job offer

Postdoctoral experience desired but not essential

Rémunération

A partir de 2395€ mensuel brut et en fonction de l'expérience.
