Au sein de la Division Pest France du Groupe Ecolab, spécialisée dans les solutions de prévention et de lutte contre les nuisibles auprès d'une clientèle de professionnels, nous recrutons un Assistant Service Clients en Alternance (H/F).

Au sein du Service Clients, vous planifiiez et optimisez l'activité de nos 300 Techniciens Terrain.

Vos missions:

Planification, cadencement et transfert d'interventions
Commande de matériels nécessaires aux interventions sur site
Gestion des nouveaux collaborateurs terrain

Contrat de 2 ans pour un étudiant Bac +2/3 dans les domaines de la relation client, de l'assistanat de gestion, de la gestion administrative
