Responsibilities:
- Partner with manufacturers & suppliers to obtain formula documentation
- Manage partnership with EU Responsible Party for formula reviews
- Maintain Kendo's formula files & various ingredient databases
- Maintain the global compliance of ingredients by updating as needed with new regulations
- Help transition and manage raw material and ingredients data on Coptis software
- Participate in crossfunctional missions with the Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs
Profile:
- Experienced in cosmetic Regulatory Affairs, especially projects management, raw materials, and ingredients
- Autonomous, curious, and rigorous
- Fluent in English
- Be able to think as a team and work in coordination with different interlocutors
- Show proactivity in identifying & escalating issues
- Evolve in very dynamic environments by adapting to situations and interlocutors
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge in COPTIS Software a plus
