We are now looking for our new Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will join the People team.


What you will do:

Publish the job descriptions on our different job boards;
Manage the tech recruitment processes;
Source talent for Lydia by actively headhunting on senior/manager full time positions;
Put yourself as a real Business Partner to the Top Management;
Participate in HR projects depending on the Talent Team activity.


You're in the right place if:
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment;
You are data and results driven, used to working in a fast-paced industry;
You have a business partner approach with the Top management;
You know the tech/start-up ecosystem or at least you are very interested by it ;
You have very good communication skills;
You are known to be proactive, eager to innovate in the way you recruit;
Fluent in French is mandatory (written and spoken) & English would be a plus
