Software Engineer to join our
Machine Learning and NLP global team.

The Role.
This is a REMOTE role.


Key Responsibilities.

  • Design and develop NLP and ML algorithms and models for customer conversation analysis and information extraction.
  • Implement and optimize ML algorithms for largescale data processing.
  • Collaborate mainly with R&D teams but also with crossfunctional teams to integrate ML models and algorithms into the multichannel and multilingual contact center and insights solutions.

What you bring.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or NLP field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in NLP and ML libraries such as NLTK, TensorFlow, etc.
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Bonus if you have.

  • Experience in developing and deploying ML models in a production environment is an added advantage.
  • Agile software development with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
