Description

The Dispatcher Technical Services will work directly with customers and internal departments to meet the service needs for our product line.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks:


  • Assist in scheduling field service onsite visits and work with customers to ensure all requirements are met prior to all the needed service activities (installation, maintenance visit,)
  • Following and adjustment of the scheduled interventions
  • Be aware about the Security Plan by the customers and coordination of the needed documents
  • Handling SO and Dispatching tech/equip by using the current Field Management System (BlueFolder-SAP)
  • Review and report on engineer inventory levels:
  • Coordination with Customer Service and Back-Office
  • Followup delivery time of spare parts
  • Contribute on the KPI's concerning the svc activities
  • Followup with Customer Service of all new equipment's deliveries

Qualifications & Skills:


  • High school diploma required, associate's degree in business preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge in pharma/biopharma or medical devices industry
  • Strong written and oral communication along with ability to deal effectively with customers in a professional manner
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Experience with field service organizations preferred
  • Working in close collaboration with all teams
  • Be able to work with CRM (BlueFolder), ERP (SAP) and reporting program (BW / Tableau)
  • Fluent in English and French. Spanish and Italian are a real additional value
