Job Title:
Multilingual Service Desk Agent (French, German, English)


Location:
Nantes, France


Language Proficiency:
Fluency in French, German, and English


Contract Duration: 12 months (Immediate Start) with possible extension


We are seeking highly motivated Service Desk Agents with effective communication skills in French, English, and German to join our team in Nantes, France.

As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for handling technical support queries via a ticketing system and providing services to users, including devices, collaboration tools, and network-attached devices.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle technical support queries using a ticketing system.
  • Provide support for devices, collaboration tools, and networkattached devices.
  • Address technical issues related to Windows 710, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, and more.
  • Manage mobile devices (iOS, Android) and Windows PC/laptop configurations.
  • Utilize helpdesk ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues, meeting SLAs.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
  • Proficient in Windows 710, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, and enterprise antivirus solutions.
  • Experience with mobile device management, including iOS and Android.
  • Familiarity with Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, determine priorities effectively, and meet SLAs.
  • Excellent communication, rapport building, and internal customer service skills.

  • European nationals preferred.
