- Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs : recueillir, définir et analyser les exigences auprès des équipes, rédiger les cahiers des charges.
- Traduire les nécessités des utilisateurs en spécifications fonctionnelles claires et détaillées.
- Gérer et suivre les projets : organiser des réunions, accompagner les tests et piloter la recette fonctionnelle.
- Assurer la conduite du changement : rédiger des guides utilisateurs, former et accompagner les utilisateurs, effectuer des reporting aux responsables projets et directeurs.
- Titulaire d'un Master 2 (ou équivalence) en ingénierie ou école de commerce.
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
