Ce que vous ferez concrètement :
Elaborer les préparations (Chaudes ou viandes ou poissons ou sauces ou entrées chaudes)
Optimiser et adapter l'organisation de la production
Participer à l'approvisionnement et au stockage des denrées
Participer à l'inventaire fin de mois
Garantir le respect du cahier des charges client
Participer à l'accueil et au service des convives
Respecter les règles de qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur (HACCP)
Prêt(e) à faire partie de l'aventure ? Voici les talents et atouts que nous recherchons :
Titulaire d'un diplôme en cuisine (Type CAP / Bac Pro) ou expérience significative
Vous maîtrisez les techniques de cuisine
Vous aimez le travail en équipe
Vous êtes dynamique
Les règles HACCP n'ont plus de secret pour vous
