- Product Development: Collaborate with the technology team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features that improve the user experience and attract new customers.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other crypto companies, financial institutions, and service providers to expand the exchange's ecosystem and enhance its value proposition.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing cryptocurrency exchanges, including AML/KYC requirements, licensing obligations, and reporting obligations.
- Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers, address their concerns and feedback, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage the exchange's financial resources effectively, including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue optimization.
- Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, preferably with a solid 3-year or more track record of success in managing trading operations and teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading strategies, and blockchain technology, with the ability to navigate the complexities of the crypto ecosystem.
- Market Knowledge : Preferably with proven experience in France, Spain, Portugal and or Poland.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
