Description

Swisslinx is currently looking for M&A professionals across the VP/Director level for an international investment banking group. The role aims and driving the expansion of the business across Europe.

The group is looking for additions to their local teams across the offices in London, Frankfurt, Munich, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Madrid, Vienna, and/or Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute M&A transactions within your specialized industry sector
• Manage the entire transaction process from origination to execution and closing
• Take an active role in M&A negotiations
• Originate business by leveraging your industry network as well as the acquisition of new clients
• Manage and develop a team of Analysts & Associates whilst successfully staffing them onto projects

Your Profile:

• Strong track record in the origination and closing of M&A deals
• Industry focus on either healthcare, industrials, manufacturing or technology
• Existing network within your sector focus
• Ability to lead and develop a small team of analysts / associates
• Fully business fluency in English, knowledge of the local language would be a strong asset
