- Conduct day-to-day operational tasks: Manage seeding requests & sendings, tailor content briefings, handle imagery, and monitor ongoing activities.
- Proactively scout for emerging influence profiles : Identify rising influencers and anticipate industry trends by closely monitoring social platforms.
- Track, save, and analyze press and social media coverage : Gather data with the help of our tools, to contribute to monthly reports and presentations, providing valuable insights.
- Foster relationships with KOLs: Cultivate strong connections to enhance brand advocacy and engagement, ensuring a positive brand perception.
- Support PR manager on all launch campaigns, events, and press trips.
- Maintain and update press and influencer databases: Ensure accuracy and relevance by regularly updating contact information and engagement history.
- Coordinate product mailings: Facilitate smooth logistics for product distributions.
- Collaborate with internal departments: Work closely with our Marketing, Key Accounts, and Sales teams to develop integrated campaigns that align with overall brand objectives.
- Manage and plan monthly content calendars: Curate engaging content for local Facebook pages, ensuring consistency and relevance to target audiences.
- Proofread and optimize French-to-Dutch translations: Ensure accuracy and fluency in consumer-facing content and press releases, maintaining brand integrity across languages.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in communications, business, or marketing: Possess a solid educational background relevant to the role.
- Demonstrable (first) experience in (PR) communications: Showcase prior experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or advertiser setting.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail: Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities: Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for the cosmetics sector: Display genuine enthusiasm for beauty and skincare products, staying informed about industry trends and innovations.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English: Fluently communicate in all three languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Our large new office is located at Rue de Stassart in Ixelles, central Brussels.
- You are expected to come to the office 4 times a week, 1 home working day is granted.
