The IS&T Business Partner of Saint-Ouen site, reporting to the France IS&T Business Partner Director, is responsible for collecting and assessing business demand for the site, being the main contact for all IT related topics bringing together central IT and site business teams, supporting the execution of centrally and locally driven projects, and ensuring local services in IT operations.


Main responsibilities
Business Relationship Management

  • Collect & assess local demands & ensure integration in the global roadmap if relevant
  • Support the deployment of global roadmap (projects, solutions, infrastructure,..)
  • Represent IS&T function in Saint-Ouen management committees
Service Management

  • Ensure overall satisfaction, including mitigations and improvement plans in cooperation with central teams
  • Drive and support IS&T scope for audit / ICQ processes (internal control questionnaire)
  • Consolidate feedback and requirements for users and escalate to the relevant IS&T organization
  • Approve local demands
Budget Management

  • Prepare and manage the budget for IT costs at site level
  • Ensure budget control and adherence
Change Management

  • Promote global services and solutions, and ensure regular communication related to the site and beyond
  • Accompany Saint-Ouen users in understanding the IT offer
Team Management

  • Manage local operations teams when applicable
  • Coordinate local service partner

Main required competencies

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
  • Business Administration or Computer Science (desirable)
  • 57 years of experience in similar role (mandatory)
