INOCEL is a company born from the meeting of the worlds of research, industry, engineering and also adventure with Mike HORN who acted as a catalyst for the project.
The company, based at the foot of Grenoble mountains in France, is in a strong growth phase to meet its ambitious objectives.
INOCEL has successfully raised its first round of financing, bringing the company's capital to €10M, and aims to reach a staff of people by the end of the year from the 35 we are in early-202- Helping the technical teams in formalizing the purchasing specifications for goods and equipment.
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors based on technical data and specifications.
- Managing with the technical teams the supplier evaluation and selection considering TCOs and risks.
- Negotiating the contracts and deals.
- Ensuring the follow up of the supplier realizations and deliveries, and organize all corrective actions when deviations (lead time, conformity, ) are detected.
- Manage the communication between the purchasing projects stakeholders.
- Updating and maintaining records of all RFI, RFQ, orders, deliveries and payments.
- Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers to guarantee long term support.
- The purchasing segment will cover mainly the capital expenditures (equipment, tooling), general expenditures, utilities, and services.
Profile Wanted
- Master degree in purchasing, business or a related field.
- Great mastery of English (C1+) and French.
- Previous experience in a similar position in technical/industrial sector.
- Written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Agility and Ability to work in project teams
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent networking and time management skills.
