Job Description Summary:
The Offshore Wind Marine Operations Port Logistic coordinator will be closely working with the Services and Project and Sales teams.
He will be coordinating the port logistics activities within marine operations department for the Offshore Wind Tenders & Project in Execution globally for the construction and services contracts.
He will be responsible to define needs and develop an optimize port logistics strategies to ensure execution with respect to environment, health and safety and local requirements.
He will have the chance to participate to largest Wind Offshore projects development and tenders globally (US, Europe and Asia).

Il coordonnera les activités de logistique portuaire au sein du département des opérations maritimes pour les appels d'offres éoliens offshore et le projet en cours d'exécution à l'échelle mondiale pour les contrats de construction et de services.
Il sera responsable de définir les besoins et de développer et d'optimiser les stratégies logistiques portuaires pour assurer l'exécution dans le respect de l'environnement, de la santé et de la sécurité et des exigences locales.
Il aura la chance de participer au développement et aux appels d'offres des plus grands projets éoliens offshore à l'échelle mondiale (États-Unis, Europe et Asie).
Marine Operations Port Logistic coordinator will be responsible to
- define port logistics and vessel agencies requirements and strategies for both for Tenders and Project Execution (for both Project and Operations and Maintenance contracts)
- technically assess ports in order to ensure the accessibility and suitable port logistics activities necessary to the marine logistic execution: CTV (Crew Transfer Vessel), SOV (Service Operations Vessel), JUV Jack Up Vessel and WIV Wind Installation Vessel
- support the sales team with customers documentations package review, preparation of deviation lists and participation to operational and contractual clarification meetings with customer in the area of expertise
- Responsible to develop and maintain up to date the standard documentation package and processes related to Port logistic and vessel agencies
- provide the sales team with an accurate, reliable and state of the art and market evolution port logistics evolution for our requirements.
- develop tools & processes to facilitate and optimize tendering & execution activities, reduce risks and ensure more accurate, complete and competitive offers within the area of responsibility
- Develop and perform evaluation, audits and inspection of ports (O&M base, commissioning harbor and O&M Logistic hub) and develop a database for follow up, tracking and internal updates.
- Support marine ops on each project in execution by Coordinate port logistics and vessel agencies contracts in execution and
- Ensure lesson learned from project & O&M in execution are applied to the Tenders and other projects/contracts
- Define and prepare with necessary contract and frame agreement the logistics and vessel agencies requirements, for major component exchange and Jack up port calls and mobilization/preparation for Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure risk identification, analysis and mitigation plan within the area of responsibility
- Follow up and reporting marine operations KPI's in Tenders within the area of responsibility
- Work closely with Marshalling harbor and Logistic hub tenders and execution team in Project Management Office to ensure synergies and optimization for the project organization in Offshore wind.
