Big Mamma is a Franco-Italian restoration group nor the idea of Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux.

For the past 8 years, we have opened the doors of 24 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, Angleterre, Spain, Allemagne and Italy).

These objects:

BRAND CONTENT:

Creation of COOL video/photo content for external communication: travel to our trattorias, in contact with the teams (chefs, managers, waiters, etc.) in cooperation with the communication teams in each country to talk about BM culture, missions, values and people.
Creation of an annual program and annual copy

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT:

Animation of our Linkedin group page
Follow and anticipate the posting schedule (weekly content & copywriting validation)
Follow KPIs to analyze the effectiveness of our messages, establish the right statistical monitoring reports to measure the impact of messages and propose action plans to improve them
Edit a monthly report on Linkedin page performance and employer branding actions

ATTRACTION STRATEGY:

Lead sponsorship campaign: instagram & tik tok (creation of visuals, monitoring of external partnerships, performance monitoring)
Update and reenchant our job offers so that they are effective and inspiring
Harmonize the good visibility of our online offers (on our site, job boards)

PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT:

Workplace internal communication management support (BM event, promotions, collaboration)

Profil :
Ultra creative, super organized, sociable and versatile, highly developed sense of aesthetics and cool.

Expert in social networks (especially tiktok), beautiful pen and spelling at the top of the top, attracted by human factor as the engine of a growing company.

Technical skills:
Mastery of the Office suite and Adobe (canvas)

Languages:
French & English (italian is a plus)

ALTERNANCE:
1/2 year work-study program (3 weeks in business and 1 week at school)
