Role Introduction

If you're dreaming of a career in the air cargo industry, we may have some good news for you. Cathay Cargo is looking to strengthen its sales teams by recruiting a
Cargo Sales Support Officer.

Key Responsibilities

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:

Develop sales by:
- contributing to the implementation of the cargo business plan,
- assisting the Cargo Sales Support Manager in achieving sales targets,
- maximizing on-board capacity and sales on each flight.

Serve customers by:
- coordinating with the sales team the actions necessary to provide quality service to customers,
- responding to customer inquiries and bookings quickly and professionally,
- organizing day-to-day relations with all parties in the aircargo chain and using all distribution channels to develop sales,
- by assisting the Cargo Sales Support Manager in the deployment of digitalized programs designed to encourage online booking.

Requirements:

Your knowledge:

Ideally, you have specialized training in sales and/or cargo/logistics,
Initial experience in the air cargo sector would be a definite plus.

Know-how and interpersonal skills:

You have excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal),
Your listening skills and ability to negotiate with a variety of contacts are strong.
Your ability to take on challenges and achieve results is essential,
A strong ability to develop a wellfounded argument highlighting the advantages and qualities of the company's services is also required,
A critical and creative mind capable of analyzing and formulating sales proposals is also welcome,
Finally, you work independently, dynamically and rigorously,
You are proficient in Microsoft Office,
Fluency in French and English is essential.
