Missions:

Schedule and coordinate all phone, video and inperson interviews with international stakeholders
Learn how to work in a fully international scale
Work closely and partner with diverse teams across various departments
Collaborate with recruiters on various projects (Brainstorming sessions, Partnerships, Redesign existing process )
Actively participate to the 2023 internship hiring campaigns for EMEA
Be actively part of the offer decision making process

Qualifications:

Fluent in English, French is a plus
End of study internship
Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive information with tact
Solutions oriented and able to prioritize responsibilities to work efficiently
Organized and detail oriented
Have the right level of speech according to stakeholders
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Desire and ability to work collaboratively

Salary : 1200€ brut per month

Remote working possible after the integration period
