Your internal relationships:

under the responsibility of the HO the Managed Security Services, you will interact with Sales and all central functions of the company (Finance, Procurement, E&C, HR, Innovation, peers in other Bus) and get a strong working relationship and in collaboration approach.

Your external relationships will be mainly with the customers / suppliers / authorities. In that context you will have to negotiate, persuade and influence.

As manager and Leader of the French Pillar, you are accountable for the following:
Definition of the French Pillar growth strategy, in line with the BU strategy and the Pillar objectives

Customer satisfaction & implementation of related improvement plan

Elaboration of OP, MOPL and quarterly financial forecasts for revenues & margin

Pillar financial performance (virtual P&L): Revenue, EBIT, cash

Pillar operational performance, including on quality, on time, on cost delivery

Amending the French Pillar organization as needed to achieve its objectives, considering transnational balance where relevant

Lead the French Pillar Teams, manage people and their motivation

Define the HR strategy of the French Pillar in terms of capabilities and capacity

Other stakeholders management, within Airbus Protect and beyond

Enforcement of Airbus Protect values, policies, processes, Ethics & Compliance in the Pillar teams

Propose & support cross-pillar and cross-BU business development initiatives

Position location :
ELANCOURT (France)

Very good knowledge of the CyberSecurity market in general and of the MSS market as well as the SOC domain in particular.

Leadership and excellent soft skills to address internal and external stakeholders. This to attract and retain talents, convince and successfully negotiate.

5 years as responsible for a Profit & Loss entity.

Strong experience in previous roles to:
Organise and plan team work

Define and steer the strategy

Participate in business development

Develop the skills of your staff

Focus on business objectives

Report on the activity

Fluent in English
