Job description:

As part of the development of a water risk management offering for industries, particularly in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Agri-food, Datacenter, and Leisure sectors, we are actively looking for a Business Unit Manager.

This key position will be responsible for contributing to the growth and success of this new branch of our business by implementing innovative strategies and developing sustainable solutions in collaboration with our clients.

Your role as a Manager is, above all, to be an intrapreneur Each manager has the opportunity to make an impact on the group's development and has the potential to become a leader of tomorrow.

Summarizing what an intrapreneur does is not always easy, but it involves functioning according to three main axes:

Business Development:

You will need to find your own projects by conducting market analysis to identify potential clients, contacting them through cold calling, and organizing meetings to identify projects where we can provide our expertise.

Recruitment and Management of Your Consultant Team:

As a manager, you will recruit your own team by finding and attracting the best talents with the appropriate expertise and skills.

You will then help them evolve and develop their abilities while ensuring the progress and satisfaction of your consultants.

Business Unit Management:

You are responsible for the well-being of your business unit, and just like in any business, your goal is to manage it responsibly and drive the activity securely.

You will analyze your profits and losses to develop an adequate action plan and optimize revenue and contribution margin.

Your objective is to animate the daily life of your structure and provide the best working conditions for your team.

By joining our offices, you will be part of a team led by a Senior Manager who will coach and support you on a daily basis.

We are looking for young professionals with a Bac +5 degree in General Engineering or with a specialization and interest in environmental issues and/or water management.

You should be interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the primary driver. Being structured, organized, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset is essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to creatively solve problems and communicate effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English are required.
